1 minute game bath tub.

She tries the come up for a single breath every minute game in the bath tub. It`s a lot harder than she thought and she finds it really hard to only take one breath in between.

Really long breath holds with her eyes open the whole time, looking at the cameras. Near the end she makes great facial expressions with her cheeks puffing out during the rib squeeze.

She does all of her vacuums upright sitting or standing. She blows all of her air out and pulls her stomach in to unbelievable levels. Near the end when she`s standing her stomach ripples in fast waves like a belly dancer as she fights contractions.

This is the 1st time we`ve used multiple cameras, angles in one video. The view changes back and forth, showing you things never seen before in our videos. Nike does a general physical, listening to HB, manual blood pressure cuff, abdomen palpations etc.

Breath hold to get rid of hiccups.

She got hiccups on two different days. She lies on her back once and on the other day is standing. She holds her breath until the hiccups go away. They are very powerful hiccups that shake her whole torso in a very fast wave. It looks pretty awesome.

They take turns riding the bike to see who`s heart beats the fastest. They start on resistance 3 then 6 and finally 9. They both have extremely fast pulse rates and great heart audio but the machine didn`t like Nike`s finger very much and gives false read

The movement of skin over her heart is really pronounced here, probably more than any other visible pulse video. She holds her breath and her chest has water droplets all over. One of our best!

She does two really fantastic breath holds while looking at the camera more than usual. 1st she does the normal deep breathing way and makes it over 4 minutes. Then she does a single breath with no deep breathing and gets 2:52. HB recorded.
