This starts out good and just keeps getting better. You can see very clear images of her heart chambers and valves furiously pumping away. She also gets arrhythmia and it`s captured. Her pulse rate fluctuates from fast to slow and back.

She holds her breath while weight is pressed really hard just below her ribs. The hand actually goes up inside of her ribs. Later her waist is squeezed and there are a few other ways of squeezing to make her ribs pop out more. Steth captures audio.

Workout on the mountain.

After a long hike she does a leg workout on the mountain trail. Since she stays still and only moves up and down in squat and lunge motions the audio is clearer than her hike. Her heart is racing very fast and pounding hard.
