She holds her breath and every minute she lets the air out and takes a new breath. It`s not difficult in the beginning but gets very hard by the 6 minute mark. Eventually she has contractions for 50 of 60 seconds. She makes it a full 10 minutes.

This is similar to Demeter`s incredibly popular video where the heart beat can be seen between the ribs. Luna is not holding her breath. Instead she exercises to get her pulse rate up. We left the electrode on because it reflects the light with each beat.
