Workout and heart experiment.

She gets her pulse racing with some exercise and then during rest holds her breath in or blows it out to see what happens to her heart. She gets her usual great reactions including hard pounding and different heart beat sounds when changing steth position

She does various ab exercises and then rests upside down on the incline bench to see how it effects her heart. She also does some breath play and rests sitting upright.

She does jumping jacks in the forest at high altitude and during rest she does some maximum exhales which stop her heart for a split second. Great video all around.

She does a variety of breath play and some exercise in an attempt to get some irregular beats. Her heart pounds like it`s knocking on the exhales and she gets a nice variety of heart events overall. Audio from the Littmann is as clear as in the studio.

We drove up to the cooler temperatures in the mountains where the air is thinner making exercise harder. Her heart gets pounding hard and fast. The scenery is really pretty. Audio is the same quality as in the studio.

She rides the bike to get her heart rate up while the ECG and steth record her heart. Then she stops and blows all of the air out as hard as she can to see what happens with her heart. Incredible hb audio and she gets her first PVC`s at approx 8-1/2 mins.

This time she ran up and down the stairs to get her heart racing before swapping the two best Littmann steths over the same auscultation site for comparison. Each set is a new site. Absolutely astounding heart beat sounds during her slow exhale technique.
