Breath holding double steth.

Both stethoscopes record her heart beat during breath holds. One is on the upper part and one on the lower. She gets nice long contractions just like the old days.

Belly noises on 08-04-10.

Her belly is making fairly consistent noise here but nothing spectacular. She was so hungry that she couldn`t even film breath holding on this day. She ate a small amount of cereal just before filming this.

Her stomach starts out making good noises but kind of dies down after a while so she starts moving it around occasionally. She also holds her breath for a very long time because we`ve noticed great stomach noises during breath hold videos in the past.

She holds her breath as long as she can in many different ways. Single breath, no air, 10 breaths, 20 breaths etc. She is asked questions after some of the breath holds and she answers honestly. Because her times are so long vid had to be split into 2.

She listens to her own belly noises and they are pretty good. She plays with her belly button a little bit and occasionally pushes on her stomach with her fingers.

Bike workout with doppler HB.

She starts out at a regular workout pace and after a short rest at the 5 minute mark she pedals really fast to get her pulse racing. The doppler records great heart beat audio the whole time.

She tries to break her the record for no air in her lungs breath hold. on her 1st try she is just a few seconds short of her record. On the 2nd she beats her record with a time of 2:46. At 2:46 she passes out and opens her mouth.
