Visible pulse in abs from low.

The visible pulse in her abs is recorded from a very low angle with high contrast lighting. The cam shows close ups and farther out shots. Later the pulse is recorded after she exercises.

She tries to get back to her glory days by holding her breath until she passes out. She doesn`t quite make it but the holds are very impressive and her oxygen gets down into the 50`s. She gets a few interesting irregular beats during her first recovery.

She holds the very difficult plank position for as long as she can while her heart beat is recorded and then she sits up to rest. She actually gets light headed near the end and has to sit back.

She`s getting a nice visible pulse throughout her abs. A very low angle and lighting really help show it off. She stops breathing and actually pushes herself through contractions even though she wasn`t supposed to.

Leg workout with heart beat.

She does a leg workout with lunges while her heart beat is recorded. During rest she checks her pulse and smiles. Her heart is fairly healthy but her legs were very sore for a few days after our shoot.

She`s getting some really good contractions here which are twice as difficult as regular breath hold contractions.

Super long breath holds with oxygen cam a.

On her 1st breath hold in months she does a 5:12. Next she does one on a single breath with no prep but the can was low on air. She does 3:27. Last one she does an amazing 6:17 (check mid-sternum for visible pulse). Great hb audio from Littmann.

Super long breath holds with oxygen cam b.

Same as cam a except for the angle. After she exhales I keep recording for a while because her sinus rhythm goes a little crazy with PVC`s and some tachycardia. She almost passes out each time. Just watch her left arm. Awesome video.

She does jumping jacks and running in some hot shorts then stops to rest and record her heart beat with the Littmann. Each time she stops she gets better at stething her chest so sound keeps getting better.

Breath hold pushing with ECG.

She does a variety of breath hold pushes and it effects her heart greatly. She gets very long heart beat skips after letting the air out. You can also see it on the ECG.

Heart tour sitting up.

She moves the steth to major auscultation sites and captures great heart audio with the new Littmann Master cardiology steth. She plays with her breathing a bit to alter heart.

She does some cardio to get her pulse rate up. Since no HB is recorded at this time I sped the exercise up 200%. Her heart pounds very hard and loud when she stops to rest and the ECG records perfect readings.

She rests on her back while her heart beat is recorded at major auscultation sites. She holds a deep breath and blows it all out for 10 seconds in each spot.

She takes a single breath and holds it for as long as she can, which is a very long time. Heart beat is recorded with the Master Cardiology steth. ECG records heart beat.

She uses the Littmann Cardiology III to listen to her own heart beat while riding the bike. We hear what she hears from the magical microphone hidden inside the steth. She experiments with her breathing a bit during rest to see what happens.

Belly noises with extremely loud outbursts.

Her belly is going pretty good in the beginning with a few ear splitting outbursts of noise, one of which is in the fist 2 seconds of video. After a while it died down so the video stops at 8 minutes.

She lies on the exam table topless while she holds various amounts of air in her lungs for as long as she can. The ultrasound picks up a good image for breath holding. She gets some long contractions.

She works out her long, toned legs while listening to her own heart with the Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope. She gets the giggles in this vid because I told her she`s holding the steth like it`s a retainer and she couldn`t get the image out of head.
