Breath hold experiments for heart reactions standing up.

She does a variety of breath holds, exhales and pushes while standing and bent over. Her heart can`t help but react to all of the stress.

Standing ECG breath hold heart stops.

As the breath hold goes on her heart keeps beating faster and when she lets it out there are a few seconds of really hard pounding followed by a slight pause and then very slow beats. You can see it on the ECG too.
