ECG experimentation.

She does all sorts of experiments to get her heart to do new tricks, such as breath play and bending over in various positions. Later she adds exercise into the mix.

As the breath hold goes on her heart keeps beating faster and when she lets it out there are a few seconds of really hard pounding followed by a slight pause and then very slow beats. You can see it on the ECG too.
