Breath hold workout torture.

She holds her breath while doing some serious squats and manages to go a very long time considering how hard her heart is pounding. She struggles at times and has to pause for a sec to prevent passing out. Awesome heart audio and reactions from Rhiannon.

Who`s heart beats fastest.

They take turns doing the same exercises, doing a different exercise each time. While one is working out the other is recording her heart with the steth and the Pulse Oxymeter. Great heart beat audio and really awesome non stop action.

Same as cam a except for the angle. At approx. 4:50 into the file when Valkyrie nuzzles gently on her ear and kisses the side of her face, this must be a sensitive spot for Rhiannon because her heart skips a few beats immediately thereafter.
