Here`s a fun one we haven`t tried for a while. She chugs pop rocks and soda, then we listen to the results. She gets pretty good noises.

She does 3 very nice breath holds while up on her hands and knees. Nice BH times and long contractions. The contractions actually effect her heartbeat. When her ribs squeeze down her heart slows, stops or beats irregularly until the contraction relaxes.

They are kneeling together as Lux explores Pixie`s heart with her full Littmann master cardiology stethoscope. What a huge surprise when Lux puts the steth on her own chest and we hear that her heart is beating twice as fast.

Workout lay down.

She does 3 workouts and lays down after each. The 1st time on her back then on her right side and finally on her left side. The best heart reactions are on the 1st attempt while she`s on her back.

She does some great breath holding here with fantastic contractions that last a long time and she gets some great heart reactions. Her heart beat is crystal clear the whole time and you hear breathing sounds before and after the hold.
