She holds her breath and gets into a partial squat. She stays like this for as long as she can while her heart beat is recorded.

She does a full 10 minute workout while breathing through a thin straw. The straw severely restricts her breathing and she breathes through it the whole time. Heart beat is recorded with the steth.

She does a lower body workout while breathing from a balloon that she fills at the beginning. She tries it a few different ways. Her heart races to a fast pace as soon as she stops. The balloon restricts more than she anticipated. Some irregular HB.

During her last experiment she discovered that breath holding caused the most irregularities so this time she experiments with different ways of holding her breath like with `exhale holds` (no air), or single breath etc. Heart goes crazy on ECG and audio.
