Workout with outs during rest.

She does a leg workout to get her heart thumping and during the rest period she blows all of the air out and squeezes her lungs down. Great heart reactions recorded with the Littmann.

Mountain workout with breath play.

She works out to get her heart racing and then does some breath play in the thin mountain air. People kept interrupting us so she had to start over a few times. But, once she gets going she got a great heart rate and a few good PVC`s.

Vacuum to full lungs standing heart fun.

She starts out with no air doing a vacuum. When she needs to breathe she takes a small amount of air in. She does this a few times until lungs are full. Her heart is all over the place.

Super fast heart beat ECG workout w/breath play.

She gets her heart racing by doing squats while holding a large weight. It`s a hardcore workout. ECG and Littmann record her heart perfectly. She does a little breath play on breaks and gets heart rate up to near 200 bpm at one point.

We really stress her heart with working out and breath holding. She takes a single breath when she can`t hold it any more and repeats until it`s impossible. She gets great contractions. Heart beat recorded with steth.
