She holds a breath in and pushes as hard as she can while sitting up with the ultrasound transducer over her heart. Great view of her valves flapping and chambers contracting slower and slower until she lets the air out. She gets a few nice events.

The ultrasound is capturing perfect, clear images of her chambers and valves so I start experimenting with other functions such as the doppler, M mode and color. Awesome variety here.

Ab workout on the bench.

She works her abused abs on the incline bench then rests. Heart beat is recorded the whole time. She rests upside down on the bench at 1st but ut hurts her back too much so she sits up on the next rest. Heart beats pretty fast in this one.

Balloon breath hold workout.

1st she does breath hold breathing from the balloon while working out her legs for some serious heart strain. After struggling with consciousness she does some regular balloon breath hold breathing while standing without the workout.

This angle is harder to see but it`s like a whole different video. Much less contrast and the oil is invisible. It`s a more natural view like if you were there looking without a special lighting set up.
