I`m in this position because it shows my ribs and stomach best when I have contractions. Unfortunately for me this position makes my full body contractions pretty severe. After the first 2 times I invite you over to feel my body in this position.

First I hang from a pull up bar while holding my breath as long as I can. This was hard, especially when my body shakes start. Next I try my hardest to hold breath until I pass out while kneeling. My heart beat is recorded while kneeling.

I should have used my hand to keep the air in. At about 3:50 I start to pass out. I accidentally breathe. A few seconds later I come too and I think I`m still holding my breath. At about 4:20 I realize what`s going on and take my first real breath.

This is the most intense breath hold you have ever seen. I passed out comletely for 10 seconds at the 4:23 mark. I struggle for more than 2 minutes. Demeter helped by tricking me. She kept getting me to go just 10 more seconds over and over again.

In the first contest we each take a single breath to see who can go the longest. I should have done a few practice breath holds like Demeter. In the next contest with 10 deep breaths I`m warmed up and we both fight for a very long time. My heart beat.
