I can`t believe I did this. I tried my hardest to surpress my full body shakes and stay relaxed. I think all of the cardio I`ve been doing helped alot. Watch the SPO2 reading as my oxygen level drops to the 40`s and then 30`s.

I do a long breath hold while my heart beat is recorded. I`m hooked up to the ECG and SPO2 so you can watch my oxygen level drop as I run out of air. My full body shakes get a little more violent than usual on this one.

I see how long I can hold my breath underwater. My best time is 3:14. I was afraid of passing out underwater. I`m proud of my time but I know it will get better as I get more confident underwater. Getting the shakes underwater was a unique experience.

I workout daily and I`ve been hitting the gym even harder this past month. I`ve been paying special attention to my legs and buns. Watch me workout with some lunges. I goof off a bit while resting. My heart beat is recorded the whole time.

Wow you sure can see my heart beating in this one. That little gem on my stomach flashes in the light with every beat. My belly button pulses from one side to the other with each heart beat. I stop breathing sometimes to make it even better.
