I decide I`m going to pass out no matter what. I finally do at 4:34 While I`m out I take a small breath and let it out. That`s when I come to and think I`m still holding breath. I hold it like that, no air in lungs for a while until I finally gasp 4 air.

I hold the stop watch up to cam b when I feel myself getting close to passing out. You can see the moment I do because my arm falls to the ground. After a few seconds I wake up and think I`m still holding breath for a while but there is no air in lungs.

I can`t believe I did this. I tried my hardest to surpress my full body shakes and stay relaxed. I think all of the cardio I`ve been doing helped alot. Watch the SPO2 reading as my oxygen level drops to the 40`s and then 30`s.
