I struggle really hard to beat my record by only 2 seconds. I didn`t think I would make it. I could feel myself starting to black out at the end. When I come up for air I gasp and inhale a little water.

I hold my breath as long as I can while playfully posing for you underwater. You reach into the water to caress my face and I surprise you by sucking your thumb into my mouth. I have to pull away when my convulsions get too intense.

I break my own underwater breath hold record and get major full body shakes near the end. It takes me two tries and the first attempt is a good one as well. The camera is moved around for about 10 seconds near the beginning when a reflection is noticed.

I breathe through a tube that is part of the tank filter system. Filmed from above looking down. I stare directly at the camera. This was harder than the small straw. I swallowed a lot of water.

How fast can I get my heart beat?

I do a few different exercises to see which one gets my heart beating the fastest. I record sounds with the stethoscope and my pulse with the SPO2 finger thing. I explain what I`m doing as I go.
