The light is very low to the ground to highlight her abs and ribs and the result is very awesome. She loves doing breath holds with the oxygen. Here she gets really long contractions and makes it over 5:20.

So basically she has two full breaths that she keeps blowing back and forth between her lungs and the balloon for an impressive 9:04. At end her breaths become very rapid as oxygen gets low. Flora rarely gets splits but she gets audible S2-splits here.
