I thought this might be a nice angle but WOW! Her super toned buns move in every direction and the light is highlighting it all. Her heart pauses a few times randomly during breaks. This is arguably the best ass workout video we`ve put together so far.

She works her incredible body jogging in place to get her heart pounding then does a variety of breath play and bending over. She gets some extreme, near stop slow downs and more rare S2 splits on exhale during her hard pounding recoveries.

Once she exhales her heart goes into a slightly erratic rhythm with S2 splits on exhale (extremely rare) at approx. 9:15 into the video. Then at 9:50 her heart instantly snaps out of that and goes normal (with no splits).

She has the straw in her mouth the whole time but she`s holding her breath most of the time. When she has to, she breathes a couple breaths through the straw before holding again. She never comes up until the end.

What makes this unique is she holds it so long that her full body contractions stop at the end and she has smaller slower contractions. She gets scared by this new twist and lets the air out.

She does a variety of exercises to get her heart rate up faster than usual then stops to record clear heart beat audio with the Littmann. On 1st her pulse returns to normal very quickly. Each time after that it takes longer to come back down.
