How long can she hold that position.

She holds the weights or her body in different positions for as long as she can stand the burning in her muscles. Her heart beat is recorded the whole time and it`s amazing how much it changes. At one point she gets an irregular heart beat.

This cam is wide enough to see her whole upper body but you can still see the visible pulse very clearly. Near the end she starts turning her torso for various views and lighting angles.

She gets her heart racing with exercise and then sits down. Her heart immediately slows way down but when she stands up again it immediately races back up to near exercise rate. Plus, on her first sit down, her heart gets mild arrhythmia. Very interesting
