She has to hold her breath and re-breath the air from the balloon in a variety of ways while her heart beat is recorded. Every time she holds a breath her heart is very slow but when she holds with no air in her lungs her heart is pretty fast.

Very fast heart rate killing it on the bike.

She does 3 sets on the bike with rest in between. Her heart rate breaks into the 180`s and you can see she`s very exhausted from the extreme effort she put in. When she`s not checking her pulse rate on the monitor she`s flirting with her eyes.

Her neck pulse is very clear and pronounced while her heart is beating erratically. It does a cycle of a few normal beats and then almost stops for a beat before picking back up again. You can see her artery pulsing in time with the audio.

She holds the steth perfectly at all times making for crystal clear and very loud heart audio during squats and after. While resting she confidently poses and flirts like a pro making this one of the best exercise videos I`ve ever seen.
