Breath hold contest with Rhea

I really push myself in both of these contests. On the second one I get to a time of 4:07 after long contractions. My heart beat sounds are recorded and the pulse oxymeter is on Rhea.

Good breath holds with long contractions. Heart beat is recorded along with oxygen levels on Pulse Oxymeter. In the 1st breath hold I squeeze my chest as hard as I can like I`m pushing out a baby and try to hold it all the way through contractions.

I do workouts for you and then we both listen to the results, me with my red steth and you with yours. My top is in the way so I remove it. Most of the exercising is cut out so you don`t get bored waiting for the heart beat sounds.

Closest breath hold contest ever both of us over 4 minutes.

This is actually two extremely close breath hold contests. In the second one we both make it over 4 minutes and quit within 1 second of each other. Super long struggling and my heart is recorded.

We both decided that we were going to try our hardest to pass out during this contest and whoever breathed 1st would help the other. Phoebe helps by placing her hand over my mouth. I freak out but she keeps her hand on me.

This lower angle shows a completely diffferent perspective and has normal sound. If you crank up the volume you can hear the breath going back and forth between us.

I take a deep breath while Phoebe blows her breath out. Then I blow my breath into her and she blows it back. We keep going like this until one of us has to stop. My heart beat is recorded. You can c our lungs filling up like balloons and you can hear it.

I hold my breath as long as I can then blow it all out and wait for Phoebe to blow a new breath into me. I keep going like this for 10 minutes and it gets harder every time. I get really long contractions and my oxygen levels are recorded with the SPO2.

Mountain hike with heart beat on 07-09-09

After my workout I went on a 3 hour hike that was just below where the trees stop growing. It was really hard and we had to keep stopping to catch our breath. My heart beat is recorded. At the end we get to a waterfall with refreshing water.

This is an awesome contest where we both set new breath hold records. My heart beat is recorded. We both suffer through really long contractions while we also try to smile at the cameras. We both almost pass out and phoebe gets kind of shaky at the end.

I tried using a different steth during the 1st couple breath holds and the sound is not so great. The last half has perfect sound. I push myself and get contractions. I change positions a few times for variety.

Visible and Audible heart beat 07-01-09

My visible heart beat is recorded from a few different angles. Heart beat sounds are crystal clear from the stethoscope. I stop breathing sometimes to make heart beat clearer. The pulse in my neck and armpit is also recorded.

We take turns working out and resting. When we first put the stethoscope to our chest our hearts are beating very fast and loud. by the time we switch places it has slowed almost to normal again. We do the same exercises so you can compare our hearts.
