This sounded silly but was so much fun. I fetl like a kid again talking and blowing bubbles. When all of the air has left my lungs I sink to the bottom and try to stay there until I have to come up for air.

I hold my breath while working out on the bike. My heart beat is recorded the whole time. When my body is screaming for air I stop working out to concentrate on pushing myself. Once I start breathing the pace of my heart beat speeds way up.

I take a deep breath and hold it as long as I can. When I run out of air I let the breath out and take a new one. I change positions and go as long as I can again. I keep taking single breaths and changing my body position. Great tummy contractions.
