ECG breath experiments sitting up.

She sits up and does a variety of breath experiments such as regular holds, exhales and combos. Her heart has big reactions to every thing she does.

How little does she have to do.

In this fun experiment we see how little it takes to get her heart racing. She starts with 5 squats and there is a big change in her heart rate. Then she does 10 and finally 15. After the set of 15 her heart is stuck in the 130`s and refuses to slow.

ECG standing lying down experiment.

Variable rate hb fans will love this one. While standing her heart is racing, as soon as she lies on the floor it slams to half the speed with some nice long pauses on the ECG readings. Plus she gets multiple PVC�s while laying on her right side. Awesom

Changing her heart beat with her mind.

She stands next to the ECG machine trying to change her pulse rate with her mind. It gets as high as 160 and there is one part where she gets it from 158 to 122 within 10-15 seconds.

Her heart is pounding fast while standing then she bends over which slows it way down. It slows so much one time that there is a nice long gap between beats which is seen on the ECG and heard. Tons of heart magic here. She has to sit at end.

I had almost no faith that she would make it to the 10 minute mark since most can`t on their 1st try. Around the 6 minute mark it doesn`t look like she will make it any further but somehow she pulls it together and stays calm making it to 11 minutes.

Her heart is beating fast from beginning. During workout it`s in 180`s, it stays in 170`s for long time and eventually dips into 140`s before rocketing back to 170`s for no reason. She only works out 2 short times. She has to sit at end.
