Changing her heart beat with her mind.

She stands next to the ECG machine trying to change her pulse rate with her mind. It gets as high as 160 and there is one part where she gets it from 158 to 122 within 10-15 seconds.

This angle shows Iris� incredibly shapely figure and she is definitely one of the best goddesses for heart beat magic. During all breath holds, her heart got permanent splits on S2 and wide, you�ll swear her heart has a third beat.

She works her arms with hand weights and right from the beginning her heart is racing very fast. It`s like she just did 500 jumping jacks before starting this video. It also takes a long time for her heart to return to normal.

She does vacuums for a nice long time and gets arrhythmia, during the vacuums, when she breathes in after a vacuum, and during the rest portion. Her PVC�s are loud and clear. After the 1st few vacuums cam b is added in the upper left corner.

This was supposed to be a visible pulse in the abs video but the arrhythmia starts at the 5 second mark and just keeps going throughout the whole video. I`m sure there is more arrhythmia in this video than any other anywhere.

Her heart is racing in the very beginning and only goes faster from there. Then incredibly she gets numerous bouts of arrhythmia while still pedaling hard. Her heart races so fast that she has to stop and sit on the floor before running to the bathroom.

She goes without anything plugging her nose and her eyes are open. She quickly gets her breath hold times over 2 minutes and every one is longer than the one before. She eventually goes over 2:30.
