Cardio workout contest with Pixie.

They take turns doing the same amount of the same exercises. While one of them works out we listen to the others heart beat and see her pulse rate on the machine. Iris`s heart is waaaaay faster than Pixie`s.

They swap places and steths after each contest so you get to hear Iris`s heart twice with the steth closest to the cam and once with the other. She really fights to win against her less experienced friend.

A friend of hers listens to her heart with the full Littmann stethoscope and then her ear directly on the chest. Iris is asked to hold in a breath and hold exhales a few different times.

She does a workout that gets her heart racing nice and fast and then she lies on the floor to rest. First she`s on her back and then her left and right sides. Always fun to hear that big change in heart rate.

The Dr. starts with lung sounds with steth on her back. Then heart while standing. Then abdomen while she drinks a soda standing. Then heart lying on table. Then abdomen lying on table. Awesome audio with a transition near the end to some unique bubbles.

She does a workout and then during the resting portion she blows all of her air out and bends over. Her heart slams to a much slower beat.

Her heart is beating like an aliens or making a nice beat to a new song but it sure doesn`t sound like a normal heart beat. You can see her artery move along with the audio during every beat.

She does some high energy cardio working out and then rests while recording her heart beat. Her heart stays at a fast pulse rate as she rests and beats faster each time she exercises. Amazing how she gets no heart problems while exercising here.

That amazing low angle visible pulse is filmed again but this time she is oiled up for some high contrast visuals and she is also getting all kinds of amazing heart magic. Probably the worst since her 1st day. Fast visible pulse is recorded at the end.

Abdominal workout heart beat.

She works out her abs while her heart beat is recorded. She gets it going pretty fast and she has a nice unique heart beat during rest. Fast and slow beats alternate with each breath she takes. Good heart magic on recoveries.

Fast heart ultrasound in left lateral decubitus position.

The Ultrasound transducer captures really incredible visuals of her pounding heart. Amazing to see her valves speed way up on inhale then slow to almost a stop during exhale. Plus, she got PVC`s on each recovery.

She controls the Doppler.

She moves the doppler around to various auscultation sites while listening with headphones. She does a very good job of finding good heart audio. At one point she got 4 PVC`s in a row. Her reaaction... Priceless.

Awesome visible pulse from low.

She rests on her back as the pulse is recorded in her abs from a low angle. Her whole body including chest moves with each heart beat. Later it is recorded after exercise. Her heart beats fast as she inhales and slows way down as she exhales.

Sweet beats during leg workout.

She works her long legs while her heart beat is recorded. During rest she gets some very unusual things to happen like her heart slowing way down from a fast pulse rate for no reason at all, pausing and then racing right back to fast again.

She`s sitting up in a natural position as if you are talking to her while her neck pulse is recorded. Nice movement from her artery and you can see it move differently during multiple PVC`s.
