She wanted to see if a back massage would help her hold her breath any longer. Her face always turns purplish red during her extreme breath holds but here her whole back turns red right after BH ends. You can see her back ribs contracting.

Great heart beat and valve sounds during a bike workout. she pedals at a normal workout pace for about 5 minutes then rests for a minute. Next she pedals at a higher resistance and faster pace to really get her heart racing.
