She pushes as hard as she can during a breath hold while also doing a leg raise. Her whole body turns red within seconds and her veins all pop out under the pressure. Heart is effected nicely. This was a request from a customer.

She controls the ultrasound and actually gets incredible images. She experiments with her breathing and holds her breath to see what happens.
